* A limited number of complimentary full conference passes (also includes expo admission) have been underwritten by CCW/HD World exhibitors for their end-user clients and prospects.  End-users are defined as those with purchasing authority or purchasing influence who are currently employed by a broadcast/media/entertainment firm, military and government, telco, or a private sector company that uses information and communications technology (ICT) or media equipment and services, but does not sell these products, services, integration or consulting. Company email address and website must be included for verification of complimentary full conference passes.  All complimentary pass requests will be reviewed and qualified individually, and you will be notified within 10 days if your registration has been approved. Expo only passes are free of charge for all industry professionals who pre-register, excluding non-exhibiting vendors/manufacturers. Content & Communications World reserves the right to decline complimentary conference or expo passes at its own discretion.  Contact us at info@jdevents.com with any questions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by September 11, 2009 will receive a full refund. After this date no refunds will be issued. Substitutions may be made at any time and without charge, but replacements are also subject to the qualification requirements. All substitutions and cancellations must be submitted in writing to JD Events. HD World is a trade event and no one under the age of 18 will be admitted. Corporate purchase orders are not accepted. JD Events reserves the right to provide qualified substitute speakers in the event of emergency, illness or other like event. If for any reason JD Events has to cancel a workshop or track session, the attendee is still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee. JD Events will make every attempt to immediately notify registrants of any changes or cancellations. Space in conference sessions is on a first-come, first-served basis. JD Events reserves the right to close registration for sessions if necessary.
